What we collect
When you request service, Kelso Auto Care collects your name, phone number and the service you need. If you choose to share them, we also collect your email address, vehicle make and model, preferred timing, your description of the problem and how you'd like us to contact you. We also record which page or ad brought you to our site.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request: to contact you, discuss your vehicle, and arrange service if we can help. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored securely by our website host, Netlify. We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them.
Cookies and ad measurement
With your permission, this website may use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure how well our ads work, for example how many people send a request. These tools use cookies. If you decline, they are not loaded and the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
Your choices
To see, change or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us, call or text 437-983-5737.
